These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the use of the website and online store at humanodoro.com. They are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS), and international e-commerce standards.

By accessing the website, placing an order through the online store, or subscribing to newsletters, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the online store.

1. Payment Methods
Orders can be placed and delivered only within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. We offer the following payment methods:

Cash on delivery (COD) is available by prior arrangement only.
2. Order Process
Orders are placed through the online store at humanodoro.com. If you contact us via other communication channels (email, social media, phone), you will be directed to complete your order through the online store.
Both registered and unregistered users can make purchases. To place an order, add the desired items to your cart. You can review your cart at any time and remove any items before finalizing your purchase. Once you click “Proceed to Checkout,” you will enter your contact and delivery details and have the option to include any notes or files (if applicable). The order is completed by clicking the “Buy Now” button.
Registered users can access details of their current and past orders by logging into their account at humanodoro.com.
3. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is handed over to the delivery service. Orders placed before 11:00 AM (on a business day) can be canceled up until 11:00 AM of the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM can be canceled by 11:00 AM on the following business day. To cancel, please send an email with your order number and details.
4. Delivery of Goods
If an item is indicated as in stock, it will generally be delivered within 3-10 business days. Your invoice will be included with the delivery. We typically use GLS or DPD for shipping.

If an incorrect item was ordered and you have made prior arrangements with us, you are responsible for all associated shipping costs, including return postage and the cost of resending the correct item.
5. Return of Goods
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product. To do so, send us an email or use the online contact form. You are not required to provide a reason for withdrawal. The only cost you incur is the return shipping fee. The returned goods must be in the same condition as received.
6. Complaints and Material Defects
We take responsibility for any material defects in products purchased at humanodoro.com. If you discover a defect, please contact us via the provided contact form and describe the issue in detail. Return the product along with a copy of your invoice and a detailed description of the defect to:
