1. Controller

2. Information and purposes

• Account and support: contact and account information you provide to use an account or have a question handled.
• Focus and progress: app activity, session duration, features used, statistics and progress.
• Operation: device/app-version information, usage, errors and diagnostics for reliability and security.

The current developer declarations in the App Store and Google Play describe contact/personal information, activity, usage and diagnostics. Their linked/unlinked and sharing definitions are platform-specific; those declarations do not replace this notice.

3. Legal bases

Necessary account functions and the requested service rely on performing the contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); legal obligations on Article 6(1)(c). Security and abuse prevention can rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights. Where optional processing requires consent, Article 6(1)(a) applies. Buying or using the app is not itself permission for marketing.

4. Android accessibility permission

The current Google Play description explains optional AccessibilityService use during an active Phone-Free or App Block session: detecting a foreground app package or window change to display the blocking overlay. The developer declares that this is not used to read screen contents, take screenshots, capture audio/text/gestures, or change other apps' settings. Manage this permission in Android settings. Disabling it can prevent app blocking; the website cookie banner does not control it.

5. Recipients and scope

Hosting, account-service, technical-support and diagnostic providers can process information as necessary for the service, and competent authorities where required by law. Store providers are not automatically app-data recipients. Contact us for details of providers processing your account information. Optional progress comparisons with friends can show the progress you share through that feature to those people.

6. Retention and security

Account information is kept as needed to provide the account and related service. Support retention depends on handling the request and necessary related records; diagnostics on resolving issues and security. After deletion, records needed for legal obligations or legal claims can remain. Contact us for the applicable period or to request deletion; a website cookie expiry is not an app-retention period. Technical and organizational measures reduce risk, but no system is completely secure.

7. International processing

Providers can process information outside your country of residence. Transfers of personal information from the EEA are subject to GDPR Chapter V; depending on the recipient, an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses can be relevant. Contact us for locations and safeguards applicable to your account. The store notice does not establish that the same recipients or mechanisms apply to the app.

8. Rights and choices

Subject to applicable conditions, request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Manage device permissions in device settings and newsletters through their unsubscribe link. Send requests to admin@humanodoro.com; proportionate identity verification may be needed to protect your information. Complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner or another competent supervisory authority.

9. Children and updates

An app-store age rating assesses content; it does not replace applicable rules on children's consent. Parents or guardians can contact us about their child's personal information. Website consent does not replace any required parental consent. We update this notice when processing changes; the current version date is above.
