The general terms and conditions for the use of the website and online store humanodoro.com are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on recommendations from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS), and international e-commerce codes.

Before using the online store humanodoro.com, we recommend that you read the terms of business below. By using the site or placing an order for a product from the online store, or by subscribing to newsletters, you agree to these terms.
The administrator reserves the right to modify the terms at any time and without prior notice. All changes are binding for the customers from the moment they are published on the website. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the online store.
Payment Methods
Ordering items is only possible within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. Payment options include bank transfer (UPN order), PayPal, credit card, and GoCrypto. Payment on delivery is possible with prior agreement.
Order Process
Orders can be placed through the online store humanodoro.com. If a potential customer contacts us via other communication channels (email, Facebook message, phone call), they will be directed to place their order through the online store humanodoro.com.
Both registered and unregistered users can make purchases in the online store. The buyer selects an item, adds it to the shopping cart, and proceeds with the purchase by clicking on the “Cart” tab in the menu or on the button at the top of the page that appears when adding products to the cart. The cart overview is available to the user at all times while browsing the store humanodoro.com. Before submitting the order, the buyer is provided with a complete overview of the order, including the ability to remove any items. By clicking on the “Proceed to Checkout” button, the user enters their contact and delivery details, and if necessary, adds comments or files for printing. The order is finalized by clicking the “Buy Now” button.

Order Cancellation
Users can cancel their order before it is handed over to the delivery service, which is by 11 AM on each business day, or by 11 AM the next business day if the order is placed after that time. Cancellation is possible via email, and the order number and details must be included.
Delivery of Goods
If the availability of an item is marked as in stock, the goods will be delivered within 1-5 business days. Along with the goods, the buyer receives an invoice. Most packages are delivered by Pošta Slovenije or DPD. Shipping costs are €3.50. For payment on delivery, an additional €1 fee is charged (part of the fee charged by Pošta Slovenije for cash-on-delivery shipments). For purchases over €49.00, shipping is free, except for cash-on-delivery, where the €1 fee still applies.
If an incorrect item is ordered and prior arrangements are made with the provider, the customer covers all delivery costs, including the first delivery for the wrong item, return delivery, and delivery of the correct item.
Return of Goods
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), customers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product by sending an email via the contact form, without the need to state a reason. The only cost incurred by the customer in connection with the withdrawal is the return shipping fee. The goods must be returned to the provider in the same condition as received.
Complaints and Material Defects
The provider is responsible for material defects of purchased items in the online store humanodoro.com. The user must notify the provider via the contact form, describing the defect in detail. The goods, along with a copy of the invoice and a description of the defect, must be sent to HUMANODORO d.o.o., Podbrenznik 15, 8000 Novo mesto.
Product Use and Information
As we cannot foresee all possible uses of the product (different circumstances, usage methods, etc.), it is the buyer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of the Humanodoro product for their needs.
Product Availability and Prices
We allow for the possibility of errors in entering product specifications. Some product images may be symbolic, as material shades (cork, wood) may vary slightly from the product shown in the image.
Liability Disclaimer
The provider strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on its website. However, product characteristics, delivery times, or prices may change so quickly that the provider cannot update the information immediately. In such cases, the provider will inform the buyer of the changes and allow them to cancel the order or exchange the ordered item.
Complaints and Disputes
The provider respects applicable consumer protection laws. Complaints are submitted via email to info@humanodoro.com. The complaint process is confidential.
In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution providers as competent to resolve disputes.

By subscribing to the newsletter, the user agrees to be occasionally informed about website updates, new products, and promotional offers. The provider commits not to misuse or share the user’s email address with third parties. The user can unsubscribe at any time.
