Cookie Policy

1. Controller and scope

The controller is HUMANODORO, razvoj, proizvodnja in prodaja d.o.o., Podbreznik 15, 8000 Novo mesto, Slovenia; registration 9589996000, VAT SI51113929. Contact: admin@humanodoro.com, +386 51 458 593. This policy covers the webshop; the store privacy notice also explains personal information and server processing.

2. Purposes and choices

• Required: cart, checkout, sign-in, security, requested language/country selection and your saved privacy choice. This stays on.
• Personalization: nonessential preferences and personalized later visits.
• Analytics: visit, activity and conversion information to understand and improve the website.
• Advertising: measuring and personalizing ads with connected partners Shopify, Google and Meta.

Where consent is required, optional purposes are separate. You do not need to accept everything to shop. The banner stores your choice through Shopify's privacy system; a newsletter subscription is a different, separate choice.

3. Storage and expiry

• _shopify_essential: required Shopify storage, default up to one year.
• localization: country/language, default up to one year. Cart, checkout and sign-in cookies have different session or persistent lifetimes.
• _shopify_analytics and _shopify_marketing: the corresponding optional Shopify purposes, default up to one year.
• _ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics, default up to two years.
• _gcl_*: Google ad-interaction/conversion information, default 90 days.
• _fbp and _fbc: Meta browser/ad-click identifiers; the accepted-tracking audit observed an expiry of about 90 days.

These are examples, not a promise that every cookie is always present. Provider settings and browser limits can shorten lifetimes or renew them on use. Session storage lasts until the session ends; persistent storage until expiry or deletion. Cookie expiry is not a server-data deletion period.

4. Partners and information

Shopify provides the store and privacy choices. Connected Google and Meta services can receive page addresses, device/browser information, visit sources, activity, identifiers and conversion information. Pixels, local storage and server events are not always visible in a cookie list. Privacy choices and integration settings affect processing; a 'non-personalized ads' flag does not itself mean that no information is sent.

Our store's Google advertising integrations include enhanced conversions and Customer Match. These features can use information you provide for conversion measurement and audience matching for personalised advertising. Advertising choices are separate from analytics choices.

5. Change or withdraw a choice

Choose Manage cookie preferences or Cookie preferences in the footer. Accept or reject all optional purposes, or save individual choices. You can change your choice later; this does not affect earlier lawful processing. Reject does not automatically erase every old cookie or information already processed. Existing storage can also be removed in your browser settings; clearing required storage may clear a cart or sign-in.

6. Data sharing and browser signals

Data-sharing opt-out and applicable Global Privacy Control signals are separate from the banner's optional purposes. The general Do Not Track signal is not the same as Global Privacy Control. Rights and complaints are explained in the privacy notice.
