It connects to the Humanodoro app, where users can track analytics, set challenges, and connect with a community for mutual support and greater effectiveness.

The goal of the project is to develop an effective and user-friendly tool for building healthy digital habits that will improve users' well-being and productivity, and to commercialize it in the EU market and beyond.
