1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Humanodoro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Humanodoro is a productivity application and physical focus product that uses gamification elements to help users improve focus, manage time, and build better work habits.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Do not transmit harmful, offensive, or objectionable content.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Do not use automated means to access the Service without permission.
• Do not impersonate any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Humanodoro Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or display on the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with the Service.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• You agree to pay applicable fees as described at purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal.
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. EU Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you named other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods; for services, 14 days after the day the contract was concluded.

After you submit the form, we immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (email), including your submitted statement and the date and time of submission.

You may instead use any other unequivocal statement, for example an email to info@humanodoro.com or our Returns and cancellations process — these remain available as secondary methods. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humanodoro Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Humanodoro Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Slovenia.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in effect.
