The Humanodoro Pad project addresses the problem of excessive smartphone use, which affects sleep, concentration, and stress levels. It is a smart pad that serves as a dedicated place for the phone and helps users reduce screen time and improve focus. It connects to the Humanodoro app, where users can track analytics, set challenges, and connect with a community for mutual support and greater effectiveness.
The goal of the project is to develop an effective and user-friendly tool for building healthy digital habits that will improve users’ well-being and productivity, and to commercialize it in the EU market and beyond.
The total amount of co-financing is €72,000.00, of which EU co-financing is 61.200,00€.
