EU consumers can withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Use this form to send us your withdrawal statement electronically โ no login needed.
EU consumers may withdraw from an eligible goods purchase without a reason within 14 days after receipt. No login, prior approval or mandatory reason is required. The Return and Refund Policy contains the optional model statement; an unequivocal email is equally valid.
You can also withdraw by an unequivocal email to admin@humanodoro.com. Using this form or the optional model statement is not compulsory. admin@humanodoro.com
