Refund policy
Two separate protections
Our optional 30-day return offer is additional to statutory rights. The conditions for that commercial offer do not restrict statutory withdrawal, legal guarantees or remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect goods.
Statutory withdrawal for EU consumers — 14 days
For an eligible distance purchase of goods, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after you or a designated recipient other than the carrier physically receives the goods. For goods delivered separately under one order, the period starts after the last item. Send your decision before the deadline via our online withdrawal form (no login), an unequivocal email to admin@humanodoro.com, or a written statement to HUMANODORO, razvoj, proizvodnja in prodaja d.o.o., Podbreznik 15, 8000 Novo mesto, Slovenia. Include enough information to identify the contract; an order number is useful but not mandatory. The optional model statement below is not required.
Using the online form triggers an email acknowledgement containing the withdrawal statement and submission date/time. Check your inbox and spam; contact us if it is missing. You do not have to wait for approval to exercise the right. Unused condition and original packaging are not conditions of statutory withdrawal.
Returning goods and postage
For statutory withdrawal, send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days after notifying us; sending before that deadline is sufficient. Prior return authorization is not required. Contact admin@humanodoro.com to arrange Humanodoro-paid return postage and obtain the relevant return instructions. Humanodoro pays return postage for eligible Pad returns within our 30-day offer, including the statutory 14-day period. We do not replace any more favourable terms promised when you purchased.
Use protective packaging. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, and only where the law permits; ordinary necessary inspection does not remove the right to withdraw.
Statutory refund
We reimburse payments received for the withdrawn contract, including the cost of our least expensive standard outward delivery. An extra charge for an expressly chosen more expensive delivery service need not be refunded. Reimbursement is without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after we are informed of your decision, using the same payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost.
Unless we offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement only until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Inspection or discretionary approval does not create a separate statutory refund deadline. Your bank’s posting time does not extend our obligation to issue the refund.
Optional 30-day return offer
You have 30 days after receiving the Pad to request a commercial return via your Customer account where available or admin@humanodoro.com. For this additional offer outside the statutory period, the item must be unused, in its received condition, with supplied tags and original packaging, and with proof identifying the purchase. Humanodoro pays eligible return postage; contact us to arrange it. These commercial conditions do not apply to statutory withdrawal or conformity remedies.
We check commercial returns against those conditions and notify you of the result. An eligible commercial refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return has been received and checked. A separate replacement order may be placed if you want another item.
Damage, defects, wrong items and the included app
Contact admin@humanodoro.com with information identifying the purchase and problem. Photos may help but are not a blanket prerequisite. Statutory conformity remedies are independent of our 14-day and 30-day return periods; EU goods have a legal guarantee of at least two years, subject to longer national protection. Necessary return costs for a valid conformity remedy are paid by us.
Using or downloading the free included Humanodoro app does not by itself remove the statutory right to withdraw from the Pad purchase. Any statutory exception for separately supplied digital content requires the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation; we do not impose a blanket “digital access means no returns” rule. Mandatory rights in other jurisdictions remain unaffected.
