Destinations and standard shipping
We deliver to addresses accepted at checkout. The available shipping methods and their charges are shown before you place your order. Depending on your address and order total, these standard options may be available:
Slovenia: €3.50; a free-delivery option is also available from an order total of €15.
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Latvia and Lithuania: free standard shipping from an order total of €10.
United Kingdom: free standard shipping.
United States: standard shipping $6.89 USD.
The United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore and Cyprus: standard shipping €5.50. Cyprus is not covered by the free EU shipping option.
Your address, currency, order total and selected delivery method determine the final charge shown before you submit your order.
Delivery timing and delays
Contact us before ordering for current delivery expectations for your destination, especially if you need delivery by a particular date. Transit times vary by destination and customs processing. Any delivery period expressly agreed before purchase remains applicable. For EU consumer purchases, unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed, delivery must be without undue delay and within 30 calendar days after the contract is concluded.
If delivery is late or impossible, contact us. Mandatory rights to set an appropriate additional period, terminate where the law permits and obtain a refund remain unaffected. For consumer delivery, the risk normally passes when you or your designated recipient, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods; a shipping confirmation alone does not transfer that risk.
Address, imports and support
Check your address before purchase and contact us promptly about changes; correction may be impossible once fulfilment starts. For cross-border shipments, customs or import charges can depend on the destination. Amounts included or collected at checkout are shown there; do not assume that the product price covers every charge imposed locally. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification for your destination.
